In order to upload files or do basic searches you need to create a user. Its free and the only information you will be asked for is to choose a user name and password and supply a valid email address.

You will receive a confirmation email and other than that we will not be using your data for anything other than handling login procedures. If you sign up for a premium membership, more information will be required in order to process your payment. All information given to us is kept strictly confidential, is backed up and stored in a completely different location. If you want to upload your log file, become a contributor, or see the data, you need to create a user.
